Meet Alex Reed, our Director of IT
Originally from Apple Valley, Minnesota, he started out as a seasonal worker in 2012 at the Old Faithful Inn kitchen. He loved the experience of working in the park so much that he came back in 2018 as a year-round member of the IT department, and in 2021 became the Director of IT. As a guest you may never see Alex, but you've definitely been impacted by the work of him and his team. "When you order food in our restaurants, purchase a souvenir at a gift shop, book a room in one of our hotels, or check-in for an activity, these actions are all made possible in part by the IT team.
