Fun Fact: Each of our 9 gift shops in the park has a theme based on its location. The Roosevelt Lodge gift shop harnesses the spirit of the old west while the Lake Yellowstone Hotel the gift store reflects the hotel’s 1920s decor and grandeur while capturing the lake lifestyle.
“Great people to work with, life-changing experience.”

Meet Russell
What do the hundreds of guests calling Yellowstone National Park Lodges Reservations each day all have in common? They are welcomed with park information and trivia by our very own Voice of Yellowstone, Reservations Master Agent Russell! Throughout the unusual 2020 season, Russell has recorded many versions of the message-on-hold for our Reservations phone lines, each one updated to reflect the most current information of our operations. When guests call to book their lodging, campground, or activities reservations, they enjoy hearing Russell share the latest in Yellowstone National Park Lodges offerings.

Meet Sarah
Sarah from Missouri used to be a computer programmer and work behind a screen but now she spends her days interacting with people. Her first season was in 2012 where she worked at Bridge Bay campground. She wanted to get the most out of Yellowstone so she decided to come back years later and explore more. Her advice for people considering working in Yellowstone? "You have to do it, put it on your bucket list. It's a growing experience. As soon as my grandchildren are old enough, I want them to come work here. I'll probably tag along with them!"
