Hospitality Internship
Step into the world of hospitality in one of America’s most iconic national parks. As a Hospitality Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in lodging or food & beverage operations and learn what it takes to create unforgettable guest experiences. Culinary Internship
Sharpen your culinary and leadership skills in high-volume, fast-paced dining operations. As a Culinary Intern, you’ll rotate through key roles across our food & beverage departments while learning the essentials of food cost control, inventory management, and scheduling. This is your chance to grow in the kitchen while serving guests in unforgettable settings.

Project Management Internship
Turn your technical knowledge into real-world impact. As a Project Management Intern, you’ll support our engineering and facilities teams with site assessments, project planning, and timeline development. You'll also network with Project Managers and Engineers to tackle challenges and propose sustainable development solutions within a national park.

Golf & Greens Internship
Immerse yourself in a unique environment as a Golf & Greens Intern, working alongside the Superintendent to maintain and enhance our beautiful resort grounds. From garden care to irrigation management to preparing scenic pathways and golf course greens, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences, participate in intern training sessions and group activities to further develop your skills.

Business Management Internship
Develop a well-rounded foundation in hospitality operations as a Business Management Intern. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting accounting, HR, and operational teams, while exploring career paths across the industry through in-person and online learning opportunities in a unique resort destination.

Intern and Extern Stories
Colin was a Lodging intern at Glacier National Park. He described his internship experience as "an incredible feeling to be part of Glacier history—the opportunity to live in the dorms with unique individuals from all across the globe. The camaraderie is irreplaceable. Being challenged to make tough decisions and use my best judgment created a sense of confidence that I’ll take back home with me. Thank you Many Glacier, my summer home."
Katie started working in Yellowstone as an Extern from the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale. She completed her externship as an EDR Cook at Lake Hotel, then held the following positions: EDR Manager, Sous Chef, and Restaurant Chef. She later returned to the Lake Hotel as the Executive Sous Chef.
Collin began working in Yellowstone as part of his internship from Michigan State University. The first summer, he worked with the Lodging team hiring employees. After graduating, Collin came back to Yellowstone as the Assistant Operations Manager and is currently the Corporate Talent Partnerships Manager.
Samara was a Lodging Intern at Glacier National Park. Witnessing the teamwork and hospitality among her colleagues as an intern, she's eager to reunite with her Glacier family this season and continue being part of the park's welcoming community that brings the employees and guests back to the mountains year after year.
